"Hard to Count on for Delivery or Pickup"
I’ve had too many orders show up late, and the pickup times seem to change with very little notice. When everything goes smoothly, it’s fine, but after a few unreliable experiences, I’ve started to feel like I can’t really plan around it. For me, it’s become more of a backup option than something I’d fully trust.

"Everything was right, thankfully"
I felt kind of trapped waiting on this order because I really needed everything to be there and had no backup plan. Thankfully, all the items were correct and nothing was missing.

"Easy to Use, But Basic"
The site and app are easy enough to use, and shopping on them is straightforward. I do like how simple it is to find things, but I wouldn’t say it’s anything amazing. It works fine overall, just could be a little smoother in some areas.

I had a small problem with my order so I messaged support, not expecting much. They replied quicker than I thought and sorted it out without making me explain the same thing over and over. The person was friendly and straight to the point, which I appreciated. Easy 5 stars.

"I’ve ordered from citymarket.com a few times now..."
I’ve ordered from citymarket.com a few times now, and the prices have been fair. Some of the deals are actually better than what I’ve seen elsewhere, which is always nice, especially when you’re just trying to keep the grocery bill from getting out of hand. Delivery was fine too, no real issues there. Overall, I’d say it’s been worth it and I feel like I got good value for the money

"Surprisingly Fresh Every Time"
The veggies were actually fresh, which shouldn’t feel like such a rare win these days, but here we are. Quality was really good too, so no complaints from me.
